Telehealth
In response to COVID-19, we are available to see clients via a secure, HIPPA compliant video platform. All intake paperwork is completed online via the client portal. In-person sessions are available to those who request it.
Self Pay
Some clients elect to utilize self-pay. They may prefer that their insurance company and/or employer not to have access to their mental health information or decide not to bother themselves with out of network logistics. Additionally, some clients are uninsured and for those who are, self-pay prices are stated on each therapists individual page under “Our Team” tab.

Insurance
Please note that using your insurance requires a mental health diagnosis, which will become a part of your medical record. Some of our therapists are currently a preferred provider with the following panels (subject to change at any time):
- Optum/United Healthcare
- Oxford Health Plans
- Oscar Health
- Blue Cross & Blue Shield (BCBS)
- Aetna
- UMR
- Cigna
- Out-of-Network
Insured (out of network)
If your insurance company is not listed as one of my alliances, you still have options! We can offer you a “super bill” to present to your insurance company to receive reimbursement for services paid for. Please inquire for additional information.
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
