PHILOSOPHY
Is there a feeling that everything is in its rightful place except your head space? You may worry that you’re not doing enough for everyone that you support for fear of letting them, or even yourself down.
Maybe your to-do list keeps growing because your desire to do everything perfectly leaves tasks unfinished. You may sometimes feel guilt or shame for not meeting expectations. The desire to hold things together may make you feel overwhelmed, overworked, and unheard. You find yourself being more self–critical and possibly self-sabotaging.
Sydnecia’s goal is to empower clients to navigate life’s transitional challenges to support overall wellness with tools and skills to move through them in the best way possible.
THERAPY WITH SYDNECIA
Together you and Sydnecia will work collaboratively to explore developmental relationships and generational ideals that influence social, intimate, and work relationships and navigate harmony in personal and professional endeavors.
Sydnecia believes that counseling is client-centered, meaning that a connection with you is important and your concerns are the primary focus of our time in session. Meeting you where you are in a judgment free, outcome-informed environment is her approach to supporting you on your journey of navigating life’s transitions.
